This grade 12 ONLY in person oral assessment event is the LAST opportunity for grade 12 learners to complete their oral tasks for the 2026 academic year without the need to appoint an independent assessor, as all orals will be evaluated by an Impaq-approved assessor at this event. Learners may complete any (or all!) of their outstanding oral tasks at the event.
Note that if a learner would like to complete orals for their Home Language and First Additional Language, separate tickets need to be purchased for each subject.
Please note: Time slots to be communicated to clients closer to the event date.
Please note that this event is exclusively for grade 12 learners. Grades 10 and 11 learners will not be able to participate in this event.

Please note:

- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Please ensure that you purchase a ticket for the correct date and subject, as ticket exchanges are not permitted.
- Learners must arrive at the venue 30 minutes before the event. Arriving late may mean that a learner will forfeit their assessment opportunity.
- Tickets are purchased per language, per learner, regardless of the number of tasks completed on the day of the event.
- A confirmation email will be sent out in the week before the event takes place with all the necessary information for the event day.
