The event ends at 23:00.

EVENT RULES

1. 1. No admission will be permitted without a valid ticket, and Optimi Home (Pty) Ltd t/a Impaq (“Optimi”) reserves its right to deny admission in its sole and absolute discretion.
   2. The ticket holder and partner must be at least 17 years old and no older than 21. All ticket holders must obtain the consent of their parent/guardian to attend the event.  
   3. Only one ticket per attendee.
   4. The attendee must be a registered Optimi student unless they are invited as a partner by an Optimi student.
   5. Cancellations and refunds will only be processed within seven (7) days of purchase. Thereafter, the ticket shall be non-refundable.
   6. Optimi reserves its right to postpone or cancel the event on reasonable notice to the ticket holder for any reason. In such an event, the conditions of any partial or full refund shall be communicated in writing to the ticket holder.
   7. The consumption, distribution, or sale of alcohol/illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
   8. The consumption, distribution, or sale of cigarettes/vaping devices is strictly prohibited.
   9. The carrying and/or use of weapons and any dangerous object are strictly prohibited.
   10. Violence, intimidation, discrimination, bullying and/or threatening behaviour are strictly prohibited.
   11. Obscene, indecent, or sexually explicit behaviour or gestures and sexual harassment are strictly prohibited.
   12. All attendees must abide by the Optimi Code of Conduct.
   13. All attendees must abide by the terms of entry as specified by the venue and the venue’s rules while in attendance.
   14. The attendee acknowledges that their attendance is contingent upon accepting Optimi’s terms, as communicated from time to time.
   15. In its sole discretion, Optimi reserves the right to remove any attendee who fails to comply with the Optimi Code of Conduct, Optimi terms and conditions, as well as the venue rules. Any attendee who violates the regulations during the event will be promptly asked to leave the premises and will be barred from re-entry. The parent or legal guardian, where applicable, remains responsible for the attendee and their partner. The parent or legal guardian will be notified of any infractions.
