The chef’s uniform consists of a white chef’s hat and apron. The one-size-fits-all garment is ideal for Grade 10 to 12 Hospitality Studies and Consumer Studies learners. The hat and apron (together with the rest of the dress code for the kitchen) must be worn during all practical lessons and practical assessment tasks (PATs) for the above-mentioned subjects.
